Vijay Kudchadkar serves as the Director of Plastics & Sales Engineering at Nissha Medical Technologies – Isometric, bringing over 20 years of experience in injection molding and an additional 9 years of expertise in extrusion, thermoforming, and blow molding to his role. He is dedicated to developing innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of medical OEMs, aiming to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency. Vijay is widely regarded as an expert in precision molding, proficiently handling both micro and larger parts.
Beyond his responsibilities at Isometric, Vijay actively contributes to his professional community as the Golf Chair for SPE Ontario and holds the position of newsletter editor for the SPE Medical Plastics Division. His contributions to the field are underscored by numerous publications and an impressive portfolio of 9 patents in polymer processing.
