Nissha Co., Ltd. Appointed New Leadership to Drive Global Growth at Nissha Medical Technologies

Buffalo, New York — [Dec. 17, 2025] — Nissha Co., Ltd. today formally announced the appointment of Brandon Hoffman as Chief Executive Officer of Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT) and Michael Memminger as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

These leadership changes reinforce Kyoto, Japan-based Nissha Co.’s commitment to NMT as a core growth platform within Nissha Co.’s  global portfolio.

Hoffman and Memminger bring more than two decades of experience within the Nissha organization, and deep expertise across NMT’s worldwide operations. They will lead the next phase of strategic expansion, operational excellence, and long-term investment.
