Hands-On Leadership Training with Real-World Business Applications
As part of Nissha Co., Ltd., a Prime Market listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), Nissha’s group companies—including Nissha Medical Technologies, Nissha Metallizing Solutions, Nissha Eimo Technologies, and NISSHA USA—prioritize developing future leaders through strategic investment in employee growth.
The NAALDP is a six-month hybrid program integrating online coursework, live faculty-led sessions, and an in-person summit at NMT’s Buffalo headquarters. Participants will apply their learning through a Capstone Project, working in teams on an M&A simulation to develop acquisition strategies, conduct financial analysis, and present recommendations to Nissha executives and Babson faculty.

Led by Babson College faculty and Nissha executive sponsors, the academy’s curriculum includes courses such as Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Building Strong Value Propositions, Leadership & Team Development, Optimizing Operations for Growth, and Strategic Negotiations & Decision-Making.
Rachel Crane, Senior Director, Business Development at Babson College helped tailor the program to align with Nissha’s leadership goals, while Mark Carr, Assistant Professor of Practice. Management Division at Babson College and NAALDP faculty director, guided content development.
